Procuring and processing personal data
You can visit our site without providing details about your person. We save only access data without personal aspects, such as e.g. the name of your internet service provider, the page from which you visited us or the name of the requested computer file. We evaluate such data exclusively in order to improve our service and do not permit any inferences to be drawn about your person. Personal data are collected only if you voluntarily communicate these to us within the context of your goods order, if you open a customer account or register for our Newsletter. We use the data communicated by you without your separate approval exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling and settling your order. Once the contract has been comprehensively settled and the complete purchase price has been paid, your data will be blocked from further utilisation and will be deleted following expiry of the statutory archive periods, insofar as you have not expressly approved the further utilisation of your data.
When registering for the Newsletter your e-mail address will be used for in-house marketing purposes, until you deregister from the Newsletter. Deregistration is possible at any time.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
Your data will be disclosed to our suppliers, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. For the purpose of settling the payment, we forward your payment data to the corresponding payment provider. This will process your data only to the extent that we are permitted to process them ourselves. Your personal data will not otherwise be disclosed to any third party.
Entitlement to information and correction
Pursuant to the Swiss Data Protection Act (Bundesgesetz über den Datenschutz – “DSG”) you are entitled to free information about your stored data (Art. 8 DSG) and are also entitled to demand that this be corrected (Art. 5 Para. 2 DSG). In addition you may request that your data be deleted, insofar as these are no longer required to settle the order, and may also demand the blocking of your data. Requests for information as well as demands for blocking or deletion may also be submitted in electronic form to the responsible party. Encryption of personal data, data security
During the order process your personal data shall be transmitted over the internet in encrypted form using SSL. Credit card data are not saved, but are instead collected and processed directly by our payment services provider Saferpay. We use technical and organisational measures to protect our website and other systems from loss, destruction, accessing, amendment or processing of your data by unauthorised individuals. Access to your customer account is possible only following entry of your personal password. You should treat your payment information confidentially at all times, and should close the browser window once you have ended the communication with us, in particular if you share the computer with others.
In case of "payment on account": Data utilisation and data protection
Within the context of a claim assignment, Accarda AG shall assume the claim against the client from the Online Shop of Diwisa Distillerie Willisau SA. As a customer of the Online Shop of Diwisa Distillerie Willisau SA, you furthermore agree that the data associated with the payment method “payment on account” made available to the Online Shop of Diwisa Distillerie Willisau SA and Accarda AG, including personal data, purchase data, invoice, payment and collection data may be used by Accarda AG for its own purposes; in particular, Accarda AG is entitled to enter this data in its own creditworthiness databases, and may use this for further purposes of Accarda, including utilisation to conduct creditworthiness checks for the payment method “purchase on account”, “purchase by instalment” and credit cards for itself as well as for third parties (e.g. online shops).
