1. Order process
a. Registration: Why do I need to register?
To shop on drinkdirect.ch you may go directly to the checkout as a guest. Alternatively, you may complete the registration procedure and in future will be able to place orders with greater comfort. Your benefits: faster and simpler order process and simpler access to your previous orders and their status.
To register, click above right on “Register”. This will bring you to the registration page. Under “Create user account” please truthfully complete all obligatory fields marked with an *. Please create a secret password for the “Password” field. You will require your password and your specified e-mail address for future logins. Confirm your details by clicking the “Send” button.

b. Wishlist: What should I do if I want to place an article on my wishlist?
You are not sure whether you want to buy a particular article? You can put the product on a wishlist. Simply click on the button “Wishlist” (below the red button “Place in shopping basket”). These articles will then appear on the wishlist in your user account. You can move these articles to the shopping basket later, or can delete them from the wishlist.
c. Shopping basket: How does the shopping basket function?
If you have found the product you are looking for, you can place this in the shopping basket without commitment by clicking on the button “Place in shopping basket”. If you wish to purchase further articles, please click on the “Continue shopping” button on the left-hand side. You can view and amend the content of the shopping basket at any time without commitment by clicking on the “Shopping basket” button (e.g. amend the order volume). You can remove products from the shopping basket at any time by clicking on the “Delete” button, or can move these to the wishlist using the “Move article” function.
You have received a voucher or wish to redeem a discount code? Enter the correct code on your voucher in the shopping basket, and the sum will automatically be credited to the total sum.
Moving articles from the shopping basket to the wishlist
If you click on the “Move article” button in the shopping basket for a specific article, this article will be removed from the shopping basket and placed on the wishlist. You can click on the wishlist at the top of the shop page. You can enter a comment for individual products on the wishlist, for example: “Present for Dad?” This comment is visible only for you in person.
d. Ordering: How do I order a beverage?
You would like to place an order? Place the desired article in the shopping basket. If you wish to buy all articles in the shopping basket, click on the “Go to checkout” button. Once you have entered your data and have selected the means of payment, clicking on the “Continue” button will bring you to the order page, where you can verify your entries. Complete the order process by clicking on the “Buy now” button as well as the “Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Business GTC” button. The process can be terminated at any time by closing the browser window.
2. Consignment & delivery
a. How quickly will my order be delivered?Products will be dispatched on the day following receipt of the order. Depending upon the selected consignment method, the delivery time will be between 1-5 days.
- PostPac Economy (B-Post) 3-5 days
- PostPac Priority (A-Post) 1-2 days
b. How much does the consignment cost?Consignment costs comprise the incurred postal charges pursuant to the below tables, together with a processing fee of CHF 3.00. Orders worth CHF 250.00 or more are sent free of charge.

3. Payment: What payment methods are available?
You can pay using your Postfinance card, your credit card or PayPal. At the retail outlet in Willisau you can make payments using all standard cards.
4. ReturnsYou have a 14-day right of revocation. The details of your right of revocation are available here.
5. My user account: What information can I view here?
As soon as you have logged in, you may amend your user account in a variety of ways. For example, you can change your password, can enter and amend addresses, process your wishlist and view your past orders.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, click on the user account above left. You can change your password under user account information.
What is the address book?
The address book shows all the addresses that you have entered in conjunction with your various orders, e.g. invoice and delivery addresses. If you wish to amend an address, you can do this in the address book or in the user account overview.
What can I view on: “My orders”?
Under “My orders” you will be able to see an overview of all your past orders. You can also check the status of your current order.
The drinkdirect.ch Newsletter is sent out at regular intervals, and informs you about current offers and news concerning our range of drinks.
Your benefits: You are provided with the very latest information about our product range, written concisely and succinctly. You are also informed about gift ideas or drink trends for your next party. Each month one of the Newsletters also contains a discount code that you can redeem immediately.
